At ArabModeling (MKHAMAWI EST – Registration No. 100961796), each product is made-to-order with care. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.
1. Order Processing Time

Because our products are 3D printed and hand-finished, most orders require 5–7 business days for production before they are shipped.

This preparation time is in addition to shipping times.
2. Shipping Carriers & Delivery

We work with trusted third-party shipping providers to deliver your orders.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated shipping times will be displayed at checkout but are not guaranteed.
3. Customs, Duties & Taxes

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees charged by their local authorities.

ArabModeling has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

In case of a return (see Refund Policy), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the product was defective or damaged upon arrival.
5. Delays & Responsibility

Once a package leaves our facility, it is the responsibility of the carrier.

We are not liable for delays due to customs, courier errors, strikes, natural events, or other factors beyond our control.

However, we will do our best to assist you in resolving shipping issues.
