Thank you for shopping with us! Each of our products is 3D printed and hand-finished with great care. Because of the nature of this process, we want to make sure you understand our refund and return policy before placing your order.

1. Custom & Made-to-Order Items

  • All of our 3D printed miniatures and parts are made-to-order.

  • For this reason, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or customer error when ordering.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [admin@arabmodeling.com].

  • To process your claim, we require:

    • A clear description of the issue.

    • Photos of the item and packaging.

  • Once approved, we will offer either:

    • A replacement item (at no extra cost), or

    • A full refund to your original payment method.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the error was on our part.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping (if applicable).

4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been used, modified, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for refund or replacement.

  • Gift cards and digital downloads are also non-returnable.

5. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After production begins, cancellations are no longer possible.
